We are a Bahamian-owned engineering firm with over 20 years’ experience. We handle everything from building services design and project management to installing system equipment, start-ups and full turn-key solutions.
We cover a wide range of systems: alarm systems, electric systems, energy-management systems, network cabling, power generation, water-system design, communications systems and full building services. Whether it is a small retrofit or a large new build, we have the capability.
We are based in Nassau, The Bahamas and we work on small, medium and large building projects locally. If your project is elsewhere in the region we can assess support via our local/international associates. All you have to do is just ask us.
We have experience in commercial buildings, institutional projects (banks, offices) and new construction. For example, past projects include commercial bank facilities, club houses, and office buildings. So if you are a developer, owner or property manager we are used to that kind of work.
Our first step is a consultation. We talk through your project, your needs, existing conditions and your budget/timeline. Then we provide a professional design and/or supervisory management plan.
Yes, we provide both engineering “design” services (systems, selection, drawings) and “supervision” / management of installation, testing, and start-up. That means you don’t necessarily have to engage separate firms if you prefer one point of contact.
For complex or large scale work, we tap into our network of local and international associates to provide the necessary specialist support. This ensures that we can scale our service to your project size and technical demands.
We are wholly Bahamian-owned, so we understand the local context, regulations and environment. We have a proven track record in a variety of systems and buildings. We can offer both design and project supervision, so fewer hand-offs and better coordination. We emphasise professional service, with full documentation, start-up testing and ensuring your systems perform as intended.
Nothing much. However, what helps is that you have a clear understanding of what you need like a new build, retrofit, system upgrade, and the like. Also provide us with a rough budget and timelines.
Once you engage with us, we typically perform a detailed inspection and gather data. Moving forth, we develop a detailed system drawing and review for approvals. Once that is done, we move forth with installation and startup.
